Text of Complaint by Ashwini Kumar:

I had purchased online from Zara india website. When product came for delivery through their delivery partner Delhivery they gave link for online payment of amount 12420. I tried twice to do the payment of 12420 but both times my acount was debited but their site message came failed payment. Then I thought may be amount will be reversed back if transaction has failed. So I stopped trying again and I cancelled the delivery. But after waiting for 7 days I raised dispute with my bank as amount didn’t came back to my acount. Then my bank sent me confirmation that both times payment was successful and check with the merchant. But after following up with zara from last 30 days they given in writing that they have not received the amount both times. Now they are not acknowledging the payments but but my bank is confirming that they have received the amount 24840 with the payment id’s given. I need my money back of 24840. Pls help in this to recover my money.
