Respect Sir,
I, Katike MRao have taken personal loan of INR 9,000 Rupees ( Rupees Nine thousands only/-) in Mpokket App in 2021, I have repayed the loan after the course of the duration, there is no acknowledgement of repay provided, based on that they are claiming the loan is not paid and repeatedly calling and threatening for again payment of full loan amount with exorbitant interest rate. For the money (9000/-) I haven taken in around November, 2021 and repayed back also after around six months , Today i.e., on 12th September, 2023 they are threatening me to pay an exorbitant amount of Rupees 25,550/- (Twenty five thousands five hundred and fifty rupees). This is completely unethical. Also i bring to the notice of honourable Consumer court that The Mpokket has linked to a Corrupted company named JALAN CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES, KOLKATA based company and they have Linked up to a debt collection agency in Mumbai named ACENNA , a Mumbai based company with a full cyberlink they are sending inappropriate messages and threats to their customers from a software company ACSPLD, a Mumbai based company. Also this Mpokket App has paying alot of incentives to CIBIL, Credit Information Bureau (India) Limited (CIBIL) and to make their customers report falsely.
Sir, this is the big Scam affecting huge Youngsters who are unemployed middle aged population of Economically weaker section of Indian Society. Also they are targeting the Same.This going to extreme stress and Suicidal indentation in huge Youngsters in the the Indian Society for the god sake.
I please you to kindly take this issue seriously and take appropriate action on These Companies which are THE MPOKKET, MPOKKET APP, JALAN CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES, ACENNA, ACSPLD and CIBIL.
I Beg you to Save the young generations from these monsters and save Indian youngsters ( who are the future of India) from Suicides and Suicidal indentation due the continuous harassment to them and their families 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻.
