Validity of my account has suddenly been changed, I have ample balance on my number, but still it has barred me from making any outgoing calls. I have also lodged a written complaint with DoT, but have heard nothing from them. Would appreciate if some assistance can be provided, I am a senior citizen of 90 years, I do not use a smart phone and cannot go to recharge my phone, so please help
