Smartphone xiaomi 11i 15 July order placed 16 delivery open wrong product replacement 7 days policy replacement return created not successfull high return request 1montes after replacement approved (Accept) replacement out of pickup delivery boy old product pickup and new replacement product open box damaged box delivery boy new and old product pickup date 7 August 2022 done refund not Intiate 17 August account blocked please account unlocked product in refund Intiate please help
