Initially I opened my onecadd account in 2022 with a limit of Rs.20,000/-. But since onecard was not serviceable at my location they were not able to deliver my card.( location is not a real area, K confirmed their courier partners through customer care and those people do deliver at my pincode). But they didn’t deliver it. For first a month or two I was able to use the digital card which is available on app. Later on since I don’t have a physical card due to above mentioned rubbish reason that card got blocked.
By 2023 June I shifted to Thane, Mumbai for my job. At that time I again contacted them regarding card delivery and they were not ready to deliver my card at my office even after I told that I’ll show my id card and joining letter and even salary slip.
They were asking for a address proof here.Then I had to close the card, Because effectively it was useless for me.
As my credit score is really good. I would like to reopen my account. And there is no other bank have rules that if customer closes a credit card they won’t reissue him. But this onecard people are bringing up useless excuses for these things.

This cannot be tolerated in the banking field. As an employee in a private bank, as far as I know no banks follow all these stupid excuses or policies
