Text of Complaint by Jessica Pinto:

My daughter accidentally deactivated my account as she was trying to update my phone number. Now it is asking me to contact customer service to reactivate the account however there is no channel to reach their customer care. No reply to any of my e-mails. The Grievance Officer number is not valid. There is no escalation matrix. How should I contact them?
