In recent i have done transaction of more than 10K every week . Last time I deposited 360rs in my gaming account , but i got the refund for the same in my account , Later when i deposited 3000rs , they deducted 360rs from my account . Im ok with the deduction but why account is put on hold , i have provided all the documents that was needed.
Now there are asking for offical bank statement , i have given the bank statement .
This is the last mail from 1xbet “Dear user, please provide us with the official document from your bank, which confirms that chargeback claim has been resolved.
We should see your personal data, bank card number, bank stamp and signature of the bank employee.” what else are you guys expecting from me
