Hi
I am writing this email after being harassed and tortured by the company’s dealings with customers.
Saying that customers centric compnay doesn’t make its customers friendly compnay right,

Among all the ecommerce sites i only believe and do shopping only in amazon.
Is it my mistake to keep my trust in you?

I have ordered almost 20prodcuts last week worth of 40,000INR and eagarly waiting to recieve them.
But then suddenly my account got locked and i am not even able to login to my account.
When i ask the same with the customer service the way they disconnect the call while talking or the way they respond is even stressing me out.
I received a reply stating i should update my mail address. If i dont have access to the account how can i do any changes,
Is it a silly joke?

I have spent alomost our whole family income on shopping as i have a special occasion at home and due to this now i am shattered…

If ur bank account is closed can u make any withdraws ?

How can i update my mail address now?

I registered my account via mobile number and the site havent pushed me to give any mail ID.
And i never received notification asking me mandatorly to update the mail address.

So is it my fault?

How can you close my access completey??
my last 15 orderes…all of them are amazons branded clothing only
That’s how much trust i have in the company…

And what kind of scam is this, this is completely looting of customers amount?
I want my access back so that i can track my orderes and update email.
Wow u are kicking me out of my own account stating for my own security …
This is completely making me worried for the amount i spent this week on the orderes which i havent even received.
How can i even track them now… never expected this from such a great compnay who is customer obsessed.
And if i dont accept the products not even sure if i get refunds or not
