Text of Complaint by Steven Chandra:

I made an account of 1xbet and play normally at first , deposit and withdrawal was smooth at first (without KYC) , those files are the transaction history, then yesterday i made a deposit and already deposited to my account but i can’t make any bet i reach the customer support then they said the security team asking me to do KYC and send them the file using email with 1MB formats JPG file and i already send it to them, but they keep asking not make sense requested like it never happen. after the argue i decided to not play anymore here which is the CS and Security teams are not professional replying using template same answer i was asking to closed my account and delete my data if make it complicated like this but one thing let me take back my monet first! my 800k IDR still inside my account and can’t credited to my bank if i haven’t finish the KYC but the KYC itself seems like unprofessional task! i can say this is was soft scam please help solve this problem
