Text of Complaint by Gautam Kumar:

I’m unable to place the order on Amazon. I have money in my wallet. Despite contacting multiple times to customer care they told sir email we can’t help you. After multiple emails they replied that you can place order after 48 hrs but still I’m unable to place any order. It is happening for last 2 months.
