Its been 10-12 days since my account is on hold on amazon. I tried contacting customer care they simply always say, our team will send you email but its been so many days I haven’t got any reply. Its really frustrating because i have prime membership and i am unable to use it on my fire stick TV and unable to place the order. I used one international wallet for payment method which i received for clearing one exam online. I didn’t knew amazon doesn’t accept this type of virtual card. I tried to contact them a alot but end up disappointing.
