I placed order of 30 thousand rupees in 5 batch . Mostly my order has clothes and few bag packs after immediately placing my order they blocked my account because letting me know the reason.
I tried contacting customer care more than 50 times but they just hunged up after immediately telling them my issue.
I have not received all of my product as could able to track it and was not able to provide the valid otp to the courier people.
They are not issuing the refund nor sending my products.
Please help as I have no clue how to recover my money from flipkart.
