My flipkart account got blocked on 1st November 2022, when I called your customer support they told the SLA is on 4th of November and when I called back on 5th November your customer support team doesn’t have reason why my account got and stating our IT team is working on it?, I don’t think your IT team requires so long time to resolve the issue and i asked your customer support to connect the to your superior when the call got connect when she was clueless and hangout the call, what kind of customer service you guys providing and one more person called from flipkart call back team and told that my account was blocked by vendor and even he has no clue regarding that.
As I understand that flipkart is looting customers money and when they process for return they do all this cheap things and moreover your customer care support is useless people, without my concern how can block my account?
