Around 4 month back My EPI Fi account was frozen due to suspicious activity and after 1 month it got unfreeze after I gave the proof for translation. And again after 5 days it got frozen again. This time the reason is complaint from Law Enforcement authority it has nothing to do from bank side and Asked me to get NOC then only they can unfreeze my account. And 2 weeks back bank received NOC from LEA Bangalore. But still my account was not unfreeze. And recently I was informed its still frozen due to unusual activity. and again asked me to submit the the same proof that I have given 4 months back. Please help me get my account unfreeze as I have a loan to pay. I have taken multiple loan due to the fund that was frozen.
