Text of Complaint by Ali Jafri:

I opened fi bank account every was fine for 6 months after that my account starts to frozen due to unusual activity and the fi team asked documents i uploaded the documents and then they unfreeze my account after 7 days and after that it only worked for some days and then the same thing happened they froze my account and asked for documents and I provided them and then they unfreeze my account after 3 weeks and then account works fo 1 month and they froze my account again and said that this time it’s been frozen by cyber law enforcement agency and they can’t unfreeze the account they sent me an email that I need to speak with police in Mumbai who is taking my case and so i tried 100 time to get him contacted over the phone as well as the given email but didnot heard anything from anyone now I don’t know where to go from here please help me to get my account unfreeze .
