My airtel fast tage has been freezed without my knowledge and I call the customer care
They told to mail the document pan card and licence.
I don’t know for fasttag why they need my pancard
Fine I have send it
Its been more than 2 weeks my account still in freeze
It’s a commercial car. I used to travel lot so many times I have been paid two times charges
I really need a compensation for this.
Else response immediately for close the account.
These airtel bullshit they are not closing it’s also saying taht sir ur account is freeze so we can’t close it nu.
