Account got disconnected while the payments are regularly paid. No support team could figure out why and care team is rude and disrespectful. Several complaints raised in the app/call, they closed those requests without any response or solution. Even after those attempts they still don’t know why it’s deactivated and all they know is my SIM card is active on their system. But for me it’s saying disconnected due to non-payment while the last payment and validity ( 24days ) shown in the app.
