i am an amazon customer for past 5+ years. I am also a Prime subscriber. One fine day my account got deleted and all my open orders which were all prepaid were erased from my account. I have all the email proofs of all the orders placed by me and also the payment done towards the same but amazon customer care says there is no such record of my orders. They also refused to refund my amount or deliver my orders.
