I needed assistance with improving my credit score and Clearscore recommended Finwell Legal services. The last I heard of them was when a mandate was created on my bank with the agreement that I would get assistance with my credit. Zero assistance was given, yet money was withdrawn from my account. I did request to cancel the service just a week after the approval which way enough time for them to do so. I have been ignored despite countlessly asking what the cancellation procedure was.
Nobody answers the phone, no body calls you back, numerous mails and WhatsApp messages were sent. I have phoned my bank to reverse but Finwell put a block on this.
