The issue that I have experienced was: I placed an order on 20 FEB 2022 and order delivered on 24th FEB 2022. Mode of payment COD. I wanted to raise an exchange due to size issue and when I tried to login my access was denied. I checked with customer care and got to know my account is deactivated due to high number of return. Totally stupid reason. If there policy is like this, then this could have been done prior to placing an order. They are trying to cheat by deactivating the account after I placed an order not before that. Basically, why to wait for me to place an order than deactivate my account. This is total fraud.

What I want is to accept the return/exchange whatever suits them. I need size 9 and if size is not available kindly initiate refund to my amount.
