on 18 sep 2022, i have ordered some products from myntra worth 10k, after placing the order and payment done they have deactivated my account in next 5 min without any prior communication.
i have call customer team and supervisor and they refused to provide any help on deactivation and they told me to keep all the order that’s it.
i have requested one of its supervisors to return everything i bought after this fraudulent activity conducted by myntra. I requested one of its supervisors that i am going through the complaints on google that myntra keeps customer monies after such forgery.
as i am going through this scary incident, i had a word with their manager also on 23/09/20 but she simply said no returns and exchanges will be done and your account is blocked.
i request, please get all your products back and refund my money, i myself dont want to deal with Myntra in future and recommend not buy anything from them . They are frauds
