Sir i hv been harassed badly by Amazon account team and really its a matter of Shame for the Amazon accounts team who handled my case in such a nonsense way
I am Neelam seth and holding an account of Amazon from the last so many years and nearly using it for app 1500 $ every month
This account was made by son for me as he is overseas
Now suddenly laat week one day i got a mail that the
ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CLOSES THE REASON BEYOND IS
THAT I HV RETURUNED AN ITEM WHICH IS WRONG AND I AM ASKING DOR THE REFUND
This is not done i uv not any item which is wrong and asking for the refund and as far i know the item they are talking is is not returned coz return kept on rescheduling
And it always happens that the vendor who comes for the pik of an item always matches the item with the picture provided to him so how can a wrong item be. Sent or may be amazon vendor has done some mischief
I replied to them and then the version of the account team Amazon changed
Now they r saying we hv closed the account because u hv linked accounts wheras i dont hv any and everything is my personal in my account i hv not allowed anyone to pone their nose onto my account and hack my account
Then a new version came that since you hv so many returns thats why we r closing ur account and they informed me in the month of 6 June 2020
So i asked them what weee they doing for the whole year just informed me
I hv asked Amazon account team to send me the pictures of the returned wrong items and prove it
I hv asked them to give me proof of my linked accounts
I hv asked them to show me the total returns and chek why they weee returned
But Amazon account team gas nit replied and given proof of any of my querries
Now what does means that they dont want to agree for the blunders they hv done
They hv not answered to any of my querries
So kindly sir activate my account asap
And chek the matter seriously so that no other customer is harassed by the so called Amazon Accounts team
Actually now it has become their prestige issue in opening the account
I am taking this matter seriously and will not leave anyone who all r into it
Who all r putting allegations on me
And who all r not doing their work of cheking the matter
Kindly sir do the needful and set a designated intellegent team to look into this matter unlike all those illiterates who r presently handling my case
and activate my account
