I am a Prime member of Amazon for whi they charge some amount. On 18th September morning I got automatically logged out from Prime video on my TV and on Amazon shopping app on my phone.
I tried signing in with my email ID and mobile number both, but always got the error saying that “there is no account linked to the email id/phone number”.
I called customer care and I got to know that my mobile number has an account linked to it but the email id that I provided them is incorrect and they can’t help me if I don’t provide them the correct email ID (which obviously I can’t provide as it was modified somehow at their end).
Their latest mail states that they don’t have any account with my mobile number and email id.
It’s been more than 2 weeks and I can’t access my account and I haven’t got any resolution from Amazon team.
