Ordered some items from big basket in which some came damaged, i complainted to them on chat in bigbasket with images, and they said they will refund my amount, but the very next morning they blocked my account, and freezed the amount which had to be credited to me , i didn’t used that damaged items i throwed them away. Please help thank you
