I doubted few transactions on PayTm account wallet and requested PayTm to check and share update. Later I realised the charges but PyTM blocked my account and holding the available funds. They have blocked my phone as well do not respond to emails, I always receive one copy and paste message. I’ve visited PayTm office many times but there is no help. In that process I’ve wasted more than 10,000. PayTM is forcing to file an FIR for no reasons. Since my account os blocked I am not able to file FIR without charges details.
