Text of Complaint by Rinkal K:

My Flipkart plus account was unceremoniously blocked by the Flipkart team on 27 November, 2020 without any prior notice or warning or any legitimate reasoning to substantiate their action. On contacting one of their executive, we were informed that the account would be reinstated to the active status, within a year or less, since I held the Flipkart Plus membership and there were no major returns. Despite two years of constant follow ups and email exchanges, they haven’t provided any reasonable explanation nor reinstated my account yet. In fact, they are blocking a few important features in every subsequent account I open or use, on both new and old smartphone handsets linked to the registered email id and mobile number , simply causing a hassle in the overall shopping experience.
