Sir,
I was looking for return/replacements of a few products due to size and fit issue. Since I was unable to access my Flipkart account I called Flipkart CC to place a return request online for the same but they are also unable to do so. When I had registered the complaint for the same I got to know that my account is blocked permanently by Flipkart. I requested to unblock my account and return the products but every time they resolve the complaint with the same mail and did not provide any proper solution.
Why was I not being informed about this account block either before or after account block activity?
Please unblock my Flipkart account and refund my money.
