On 4th Sept, a grocery order wes delivered to me in Flipkart baskets. All the baskets were intact and sealed. The delivery executive opened the seal and counted the number of items in front of me. Later we realised that in an order containing 33items (order amount was around ₹1160), one item was missing. I have ordered 8 packets of Sunfeast Pasta of 4 different flavours, 2packets of each flavour. And out of these, for Sunfeast Pasta – Treat Cheese pasta, I received 1 packet instead of 2. The delivery executive asked me to raise this issue with customer care and ask for refund of ₹19. Issue1- On the same day, I raised an issue and I was told that within 7th Sept, I will receive the refund in my Flipkart wallet as EGV of ₹19. The next morning of 5th Sept, I receive a message and mail, stating seller’s courier partner is saying that the item has been delivered being intact. PFA the screenshot of the message. Issue2- Now again on 5th Sept, I raised another issue stating that I was about to receive a refund and now seller is saying they have delivered while the delivery executive was right in front of me and checked for the missing item. Again, I was given a date of 8th Sept for resolution. Issue3- The issue2 gets repeated on 6th Sept today. When I was trying to open Flipkart and reach out to customer care, I was thrown out of the app. When I tried to re-login, it showed me that my account has been blocked. PFA the Flipkart application screenshot. Issue5- Today, I called the customer care for 4 times. 1. Call was cut saying that I might have excess returns in this account. 2. A gentle lady was keeping herself on mute and when unmuted was asking JI SIR and laughing as if I called to entertain her. 3. The call was cut in 1sec before I could say anything. 4. Seems to be a sensible guy and might have raised an issue to unblock my account. But when requested to forward to the senior member, I was on hold and call was cut. When I wrote all the above points in mail to Flipkart, I was told that my account has been blocked due to many returns. I have returned only 2 items recently. Also, 1. I have a prepaid order to be delivered soon. 2. I have wallet balance of 300 in Flipkart. 3. I have 500+ supercoins and around 380 to be credited soon. I am not much worried about the last. But the first 2 must be handled if they are blocking my account. Need your help.
