It’s been more than 30 days that my flipkart account is blocked on the grounds of excessive returns. None of my returns were ever objected by flipkart which clearly means that they’re genuine returns. They are moreover harassing me with en-number of collection calls and fraud flipkart links for payments.

Subject: Fraud activity suspected by flipkart Back end team.
To whomsoever it may concern.
I, Aditya Dongare, have an account with Flipkart with registered phone number as***********.
Recently, I.e. a couple of days ago flipkart has blocked and blacklisted my account on the grounds of unusual returns ( unusual not defined) without my concent.
I had an active pending order on the account which was completely ignored by flipkart while blacklisting the account. When I tried to return one of delivered defective product (Steel Tiffin with dent) the account was suddenly blocked. No messages, no email, no phone call or any communication about the same. I lost access to all of my credit limit (80000 inr), my transaction history and invoices.
I was extremely worried about this and went into depression. My friend suggested me to call on the number for login issues department of flipkart. When I called them, there was no resolution offered and I was asked to wait for a few days. When called again for a few times out of fear of no communication from flipkart I was clearly informed thrice that my account has been blacklisted due to unusual fraudulent number of returns which is absolutely false and lie.
Over and above this I have been told that this account shall never be reinstated and I’ll have to open a new account. When asked for supervisor at several attempts, I was ignored saying that the supervisor isn’t available. When called customer service, they stated that they have no access to my account information and I’ll have to wait till the back end team communicates.
This is a sheer fraud by flipkart as they just want to block my existing credit and use it for themselves in the market. For the past 3 days I’ve been very tensed and it’s adversely affecting my health and work as I do night shifts.
Irrespective of Being a plus member, I’ve been completely ignored and my funds and transaction history is completely blocked.
This is absolute nuisance and harassment for me and is affecting my daily routine and performance due to depression caused by flipkart. I am not letting this go off so easily and I’ve have checked on social media about this and I’ve understood that I am not the only one who has gone through this.
Request you to please take necessary actions and unblock my account or else I’ll have to lodge a complaint as I’ve an active order worth 6000 inr.
