I made a payment from my friends credit card on 30th’Aug of 1000rs. The amount get added to the account but was deducted from my friends account. There can be a glitch or tech issue. However, paytm blocked my account mentioning it suspicious. Now when I’m trying reaching them out there is 0 response from them. Worst customer service. When I emailed, they are asking for the bank statement of the credit card from where the amount got debited. However, I’m try to explain them that no amount was debited and I don’t know from where the amount came. Even I told you can take that money back but atleast unblock my account has it has huge amount in the account. Attaching the screenshot of the bank statement of the credit card.
