Dear sir
Recently i have ordered iPhone 14 from flipkart which is a used product. I want to replace this product. Instead of solving my problems my account is blocked. Saying that this account has high no. Of refund. But from my side this is never happened. This is false information. I am central government employee and posted in remote area of Manipur but my home state is Haryana. So for many time i have ordered mobile phones for my colleagues and relatives . I haven’t face any kind of problem from Flipkart. First time i have faced such problems. At this place open box delivery also not available and not get any otp pin for delivery.It looks like an online fraud.I have contact flipkart but the have not solve my problem.So its my humble request to solve my problem as soon as possible.
