Bank has blocked my account without any prior notification. I rely on this account for my financial obligations. including paying my bills, managing my debts and my day-to-day expenses to survive life. the sudden account freeze has caused significant inconvenience and financial strain.
i visited my home branch in person, but unfortunately, i did not receive the level of service and information i expected to resolve this matter. i deserve clear communication and prompt assistance in situations like this. my loan and credit card bill payments are bounced.
