I have been purchased the Gift card from Zestmoney which is mentioned below.
Voucher No. 6000-1700-3530-5462 of Rs.1000/- Via Application ID : D0006DDFD8F4
and both card has been purchased by me to use in my flipkart account with registered mail id : umesh.totla@outlook.com.
I have been used the Rs.710/- in Voucher No. 6000-1700-3530-5462 and Rs.290/- Balance in the Voucher but Voucher No. 6000-1700-3294-8807 of Rs.9510/- has been load by me my flipkart account but not a single rupee used by me in the Voucher No. 6000-1700-3294-8807. Some days back i have been received the mail from flipkart that I will no longer be able to login to my Flipkart account.
I have been contacted to flipkart for my balance in voucher than they have been replied to me that i have to contact from where you have purchased the EGV / Flipkart Gift Voucher and they will help you out with the issue.
Zest Money replied that they will not able to help in this regard and saying request flipkart to reactivate the account of transfer the balance to the Voucher. (Mail Attached Named : zest money mail-1.jpg)
Thus i am requesting you please look in to the matter and help me to out from this situation and get the refund.
