Text of Complaint by Deepak Kumar Jain:

Dear Sir,

On 31st July 2022 , I made an Advance payment and placed the order. On 4th August, Delivery boy did not deliver some items. After calling Customer no. of Flipkart. A complaint was registered and the Flipkart team has shown these missing items as returned. Till date I have not received missing items & my account has been blocked . Kindly look into this. 1. Refund my money, 2. Deliver the missing items . 3. Activate my account, 4. Take necessary action against the concerned person.
