Text of Complaint by ALEENA VADAKKEDATHU SHAJAN:

Account has been blocked without a prior notice from the Flipkart Team. I have been a Flipkart Super Plus Member from the past 4 years and since I have returned some products last month due the issues like different product delivered, item specifications different from the site, broken or damaged product, tampered box, product expiry return, unavailability of the replacement product etc. Without any notice the Flipkart team has blocked my account and even after blocking my account I haven’t received any mail on this it was blocked. I gave a request re activate my account and flipkart came with an answer that it will no longer be active. I am a customer not a seller so due to the mistakes from Flipkart’s end I am raising a return. By looking into the 4 years transaction they can see that I am their genuine customer and for the once time since this happened they are now blocking my account permanently. This has not only caused a time loss and mental assault to me but also my right as a customer. The new solution provided was to create a new account by the customer care executive over call. It’s easy to say but the efforts of being a super plus member takes 2-3 years of time. I have not received a proper response from the Flipkart team that’s why I have to raise my complaint as my right in the consumer court, kindly consider it.
