On 15jan at around 4pm Paytm temporary blocked my account..so on complaining to Paytm at Paytm are they told me to wait for 3 workings days to solve my problem..as on 15 Jan it was wednesday..so I waited 16,17,18(bank holiday),19 (bank holiday) but on 19 I received a mail that there customer representative will get back in touch soon but on 20 morning they completely terminate/blocked my account,again after complaining on 20 they told me to wait for another 3 days..but on 21 night they mail me stating that because of complaint from customer we have checked some fruad transaction and you cannot this Paytm account further..but after asking details about complaint and after passing 3 workings day they are still not giving any proper response.. neither no one is listening..on telephonic customer service they always told to wait as they cannot have rights to do anything but on messaging to Paytm care and even mailing to nodal officer and Paytm crime cell they don’t even reply…as there was fixed deposit amount and they are not returning that amount..pls help me in this..they are mentally torturing to next level..as I need that fixed deposit amount badly..that amount was my hard earned income.i have enough proof of each day to justify my case.
