Text of Complaint by Rakibul Hasan Rony:

Without realizing it, I opened two more accounts with my ID card in addition to my main account. Actually I had no idea about this multiple account or multiple login. Then I got a document request problem in my main account. I am emailing your security department with all my documents. You said that I have multiple accounts and this is the problem. Then I admit my fault and promise not to make the same mistake again. Then you fixed my main account documents problem and blocked my other two multiple accounts. Since then I have had no problems using my main account or withdrawing deposits. Last Friday I got the bonus by depositing and winning the bonus. Since then the document request problem appeared again in the account. I email your security department again with all my documents. After checking everything, you blocked my account. I want to know why my account is blocked. I have not opened any more multiple accounts or multiple logins since you warned me once. Why is my account blocked?
