Sir,I take money from paytm postpaid.I can not pay money back at time.So some fine is added in my bill. I take 4000 rs and pay 12000 rs still my account is blocked.Last month i received a weiver mail in which there is clearly mention that if i pay 1950 rs then this will be my last charges against paytm. After this not a single rupees i have to pay.I pay 1950 rs but my account is still blocked.
