Text of Complaint by Supradip Deb:

Flipkart has delivered faulty items and now account is blacklisted due to more returns, from past one week trying to reach customer care but complaints are resolved without taking any steps.
Now product return/exchange date is getting expired on 13.09.2022 and after that neither I can return/exchange the faulty items and I have to pay the full amount in pay later option.
Such pathetic behaviour from team Flipkart and management where user is forced to keep the defective items.
