First of all there is no specific mentioning regarding minimum number of return requests and they directly blocked my account giving the reason that you’ve returned many products. Now I’ve to access my account for returning the wrongly delivered product but I can’t also they are disconnecting my call and also provided a fake contact number in the app. Even before this, due to technical issue there was a amount debit but order not placed scenerio which is yet not resolved. Pathetic app. It’s fake.
