On 28-08-2024, During the recharge the mobile number through My Jio Apps accidentally my Jio no 9794864299 was recharged instead of my wife jio number 7903867180. Both the mobile no is interconnected in My Jio Apps.
This is my humble request kindly help me as i have wrongly recharged a Jio number with an amount of 666/- . The recharge got successful, first i tried calling Jio customer care they told me as the recharge is successful they can’t help. I request for transfer of this recharge to my correct number 7903867180.
