i accidentally did a recharge on my vi sim card .i immediately contacted the vi customer care of my area contact no.8879176425
i was assured by them that after my current recharge will get expired the second accidental recharge will be resumed .
however today they are tellling me about several condtions that , the recharge got automatically activated and i wont get data and sms benefits.i believe it was due unfair trade practice and unfair non disclosure of information.
if i have paid for some service, i have the right to use it.how can they complicate and not disclose the terms and conditions.
