I took a raido bike ride on 13th march 2024 and met with an accident. i got an opd treatment costing me 6.5k out of my own pocket later I filed for insurance claim from rapido, however due to my nick name being there on rapido account the insurance partnet did not process my reimbursement. i asked rapido many times to change my name in policy and its been a month they still did not change it nor helps me get any alternative for the reimbursement amount
