On 12th Apri 2022 ordered LG split AC Delivered date 15 April 2022. On 16 April Jeeves technician Mr Mohammad Furkan (Mobile 01141187499) visited found that accessories Missing (3 Metre cooper) in product. On same day We raised the complainant after that i am countinue touch with customer care they all are given same due cooper pipe missing they already raised the complaint resolution date 24 april.
Now currect replacement statu of complaint is cancelled due wrong reason shared by technician mentioned in replacement request
Now we raised new replacement request
Due this still am waiting for solution but no sulution yet My Emi date coming kindly do needful
