Hello Team,

I would like to bring issue to you as Flipkart support has accepted my order (Mobile Phone) on Sun, 8th Oct’2023 (During Flipkart Big Billion Days), and they have processed it and shipped on Tue, 10th Oct’2023 by Ekart Logistics – FMPP1918998244 and it was shown Out For Delivery on Mon, 16th Oct’2023. I have never received any further calls for couple of days, started following up by raising the case with Flipkart support said they would deliver the product soon and requested to wait for few more days, I have waited for a week and given a call to Flipkart support said it should get delivered but due to some issues it is getting delayed, have waited for the second week from the date – Out For Delivery on Mon, 16th Oct’2023. Finally, when I called them up on 22nd Oct’2023, they said that it will get delivered on the same date but had not received any call regarding the product delivery. Finally, yesterday they have cancelled the order and refunded the amount without giving any confirmation and also closed my issue, attached are the screenshots for your reference. Please look into it on priority and request you to file a compliant and take the action as they should not do this to any of their loyalty customers ahead. I was the one who trusted Flipkart but was highly disappointed.
