Subject : AC service refused by voltas team
Hi my name is Harsh kumar
Home address : ch. Shakti Singh house, gali # 3 ,104, Hazipur, Sector 104, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201304
I purchased total of 4 voltas Air conditioners from Amazon , on 6 August 24, I requested 3 times for service request
By calling at customer care number ,
After every request I get a call from service center agent , refusing service for my units
Reason they do not service my location area or address
I escalate this call to supervisor Gagan he ensure that no one will refuse service this time and he said
He took nesscary follow up and ask me to wait for call back
I get a call from service agent Akram and to my shock he refused to do service said same thing ,they do not service my location area or address
I am so frustrated that I called 3 time customer care agent , reported this but agent had no solution I asked for supervisor agent refused to transfer said no supervisor
In return he said it’s in waranty it’s ur wish return all 4 Air conditioning to Amazon from where I purchased
I need an immediate response and sevice for my Air conditioning if you can’t do then I will contact consumer court and file a claim with Amazon for full refund for all 4 AC .
