Hi,
I have purchased 1.5 Ton split AC from Voltas on 25/01/2018 and I have raised complain on 21st Dec 2022 that AC is not working then technician has visited and stated out door unit need to be replaced. I have spoken to Hyderabad region head stating that it is warranty to which they agreed but since then it is more than 100 days of compliant they are not replacing the outdoor unit and when I am following up they are saying they don’t have outdoor unit and not sure how much time it will take…….When I stated that my parents are more than 84 years old and unable to bear the heat, hence requested to fix it as soon as possible then they have stopped picking my phone.
Need help in getting the out door unit replaced asap.
