I have placed 2 ton Panasonic AC from flipkart for 42000₹ on 23/06/23 and from the day 1 seller called me to cancel the order and i have raised the issue with FLIPKART customer care and they asked to do not cancel the order as this could be the spam call and on 25th of june seller updated as order delivered without providing OTP shipment details and even invoice also not updated
And when i raised the same issue with the flipkart they are continuously asking to wait and from 1st July 2023 my EMI has been started and they are not looking into it .
I have the full day CCTV video of 25th june 2023 where they can see no air conditioner order has been delivered
