Maine May 2023 ko 1.5 ton window AC purchase Kiya and pehle hi din se uski problem thi k cooling sirf ac k samne baithne par hi lagegi jaise cooler ho. Mai pregnant hu usi wajah se AC liya tha because room me cooling chahiye. Maine 1 week check krne k bad complaint ki technician ne visit ki or kaha koi problem nhi h pregnancy me mujhe 2 hours Tak discussion Kiya and last me without solution khud se hi positive feedback dalkar call close kar di.
Maine call reopen karwayi fir visit Hui he gave me approx 10 different excuses but jab maine cross question Kiya to unke pass koi jawab nhi tha and wo chale gaye.
Maine fir mail nd call Kia to koi senior technician aaye unhone check kiya 1-2 hours unko problem lagi but unke koi senior accept krne ko ready nahi the fir wo aaye or is pregnant situation me mai unke sath 3-4 hours continuously problem share krti Rahi but koi response nahi or mere sawalo ka b unke pass koi jawab nahi tha. Just imagined ne k ek middle class person apni wife ko uski problem me solution Dene k liye paise kharch krta h or use milta kya h mental torcher. Aaj Tak na koi feedback call ayi h na koi solution. Ultimately maine 35000 me pregnancy me stress and torcher purchase Kiya. Isse acche to Mera cooler h. Mujhe boht dukh h k maine maine voltas purchase Kiya.🥺
