Text of Complaint by Mohamed yasin:

I purchased a Kinstar AC on 14/05/2026 in Flipkart.
Order ID: OD437511058632468100
Installation was repeatedly delayed and rescheduled daily.
I contacted customer care many times but no proper resolution was provided.
Technician did not visit even after multiple promises.
This caused mental stress, inconvenience, wasted time and financial loss.
I need immediate installation/refund and compensation for the delay and poor service.
